Doraemon
The museum is advance-ticket only, and it sells out.
Doraemon is one of the few Japanese characters that is genuinely a household name across Asia, and the Fujiko F Fujio Museum in Kawasaki is where the original artwork lives. Like the Ghibli Museum, it is advance-ticket only with date and time specific entry, sold through Lawson — there are no tickets at the door. It is about 30 minutes from Shinjuku to Noborito, then a shuttle bus. The museum is closed on Tuesdays.
