The Shibuya Incident arc of Jujutsu Kaisen is set in the real Shibuya, and the scramble crossing outside the station is the location the arc keeps returning to. Nothing is themed or marked — this is simply the actual place, which is the point. It is free, open at all hours, and you will pass through it anyway if you are shopping in Shibuya.
Why it is worth it
The arc uses the real city. Standing in it costs nothing and needs no planning.
When to go
Busiest in the evening, which is also when it looks most like the anime.
Good to know
The elevated walkways and the upper floors of the station building give the overhead angle the anime uses. Shooting from street level rarely matches.
