A 19.7-metre statue that transforms on a schedule, and the deepest Gunpla shop in the world, in the same building.
The Unicorn Gundam stands outside DiverCity in Odaiba and performs a transformation sequence several times a day, free and outdoors, with a lighting show after dark. The Gundam Base store is inside the same complex, and it carries Base-limited kits, clear-colour variants and factory exclusives that are never exported. Check the performance times when you arrive and build the afternoon around one of them — the evening show with the lighting is the better one, so if you can, see the statue in daylight first, shop, then come back out for the lit performance.
