The bridge from the opening is a 15-minute walk from Chichibu station.
Anohana is set in **Chichibu**, a mountain town in Saitama about 80 minutes from Ikebukuro on a single direct train. The **Old Chichibu Bridge**, which appears in the opening and throughout the series, is the location everyone comes for, and **Jorinji Temple** — the secret base of the group — sells series ema at the temple office. The tourist information centre in front of Seibu-Chichibu Station gives out a free pilgrimage map. Chichibu is a genuine hot spring and hiking area, so the trip works even for someone in your group who has not seen it.
