The official Gunpla flagship, with a life-size Unicorn Gundam statue outside that transforms on a schedule.
The Gundam Base carries the widest Gunpla selection in the world, including Base-limited kits and clear-colour variants. Outside the building stands a 19.7-metre Unicorn Gundam statue that performs a transformation sequence several times a day and again with lighting after dark.
Why it is worth it
The statue is free to watch and the store carries kits distributed nowhere else. Both are worth the trip to the bay.
