Pokémon Card Play Area, Mega Tokyo
A free play space inside the Pokémon Center where you can battle with Japanese cards.
Pokémon Centers in Japan set aside table space for Trading Card Game play, and staff run beginner sessions. Japanese-language cards are legal in international play as long as you can explain the text, and Japanese boosters are noticeably cheaper than overseas equivalents.

Playing the TCG with local players in a Pokémon Center is a core Japan experience for card fans, and it costs nothing.
