Super Nintendo World
A walk-in Mario world with rides, interactive blocks and a wearable Power-Up Band.
Super Nintendo World sits inside Universal Studios Japan and recreates the Mushroom Kingdom at full scale. The Power-Up Band links to an app and turns the area into a game you play by hitting blocks and collecting keys. Entry to the area itself is often controlled by timed entry ticket on top of park admission.
Why it is worth it
There is nothing comparable anywhere else in Japan, and only three exist in the world.
