Super Potato Akihabara
The famous retro game store, with a coin-op arcade of 1980s cabinets on the top floor.
Super Potato stocks Famicom, Super Famicom, Mega Drive, PC Engine, Saturn and Dreamcast software and hardware, much of it Japan-region only. The top-floor arcade runs original cabinets on 100-yen coins.
Why it is worth it
Japanese Famicom carts are a fraction of overseas retro prices, and many titles were never released outside Japan at all.
