Yotsugi Station

A small Keisei line station in Katsushika ward, decorated throughout with artwork from the manga — platform, concourse and exterior. It is 20 minutes from Asakusa and the natural starting point for the statue circuit.
Why it is worth it
Katsushika ward publishes a walking map in English as well as Japanese, which makes this one of the few pilgrimages set up for non-Japanese-speaking visitors.
When to go
Normal commuter traffic.
Good to know
Pick up the walking map before you start — it is free and it maps all nine statues in order. Tokyo Skytree is two stops away on the same line.
